About Us
With backgrounds in improv, stand-up and the corporate arena, we transform your training and team building needs.from one-dimensional snooze-fests, to energizing workshops that will help you communicate in life, school or a multi-generational, diverse, global marketplace.
Workshops range from 90 minutes to two hours, to half-day and full-day sessions.

TRACY LOCKE
From Carnegie Hall to the Katie Couric Show to the corporate boardroom and the classroom, Tracy uses her gifts of humor, enthusiasm and truth to help others find their voice and tell their stories.
As a professional comedian, corporate host, television warm-up and expert communicator, Tracy has worked with ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, VH-1, National Geographic,Century 21 and the National Association of Homebuilders to create engaging media content through dynamic storytelling.
Her passion for adventure, travel and taking chances led her to create Productively Funny- interactive, engaging corporate workshops that blend improv, stand-up and a little bit of Moxie to help even the most reluctant communicator dazzle the room.

HELENE ANGLEY
Helene began her adventure with a degree in Chemistry, Helene spent six years as a forensic scientist with the NYPD.
She then moved to pharmaceutical sales where she spent next 20 years, leading a sales team of 10, responsible for over 70 million dollars in sales annually.
She is a professional comedian and has been on national TV.
Helene has taken her sales skills and years as a professional comedian to build a company that best speaks to her talents and passion for helping others communicate through the use of humor.
With her comprehensive understanding of corporate compliance and diverse training needs, she brings her award winning humor to inspire others to speak honestly and openly about the workplace.
Helene is a certified Purple Belt in Lean Six Sigma and The Richardson Sales Training Group.

CHIP AMBROGIO
Chip is an award-winning, global communication professional. He is a sought after speech writer and creator of cutting edge messaging that raises awareness, educates and inspires employees to take action.
Chip is the winner of seven Telly awards for use of humor in corporate video.
His background as a stand-up comedian and comedy writer includes writing for the Friar's Club Roasts, TV and film and many of today's top performers.
He has used that experience to add appropriate humor and fun to corporate speeches, presentations, training and events.
David Mortazavi
David’s a 25 year corporate, agency, nonprofit and politicalcommunications professional.
He’s partnered with organizations to develop communication strategies and messages designed to build brands, increase awareness and enhance reputation.
He’s developed internal communications and change management initiatives aimed at building strong cultures and keeping employees engaged. In September 2019, he joined the faculty of New
York University’s Graduate Programs in Corporate Communication and Public Relations as an
adjunct instructor.
His areas of expertise:
Media/social media strategy and engagement
Additionally, David’s experience also includes political campaigns, including the election of
Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley and the Museum of Broadcast Communications, where he
served as Director of Development and led all fundraising, communication and special events.
David earned a Master’s degree from Northwestern University in Integrated Marketing
Communications and a Bachelor’s degree from Loyola University, Chicago.

FRED HOTH

Fred spent 35 years on Corporate America after earning a BS in Management and an MBA in Marketing from Rutgers University. Over the course of his career he worked in a variety of industries and held positions including sales, marketing, product management, project management, process and change management, instructor/facilitator and mentor.
He is also a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and a past president and founding member of the Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Systems Toastmasters Club.
